Embassy Suites by Hilton Convention Center Las Vegas

Our room was lovely, huge comfortable bed, big windows with good views. The suite had an extra room with couches and a kitchen area. The laundry facilities were good and staff were helpful at the front desk and the breakfast counters. The location was excellent, just 2 blocks from the monorail and 20 minutes from the airport. Close enough tot he strip for quick access but far away enough to have some down time after the fun.

Accommodations more than suited our needs in that the room layout was excellent. One person could rest, the other, watch tv or read without bothering the person resting. The property was close to where we needed to go and somewhat away from the strip so it was quiet. Breakfast was outstanding offering a variety that could suit the most picky of eaters. Omelets were delicious-best we have ever had! Staff was most accommodating; friendly, checking on our needs, giving us ideas as to what to experience while visiting Las Vegas! We felt safe, relaxed and loved all amenities offered-“right up our alley!” Even the spa temperature was very hot-enjoyable-but unusual as most hotel spas are just “warm.” I would definitely stay at the Embassy Suits by Hilton in the future and contact them directly, I appreciated their communication prior to the stay and kept us up to date!

Breakfast was great. Facility & staff were good. Room was exceptional.

The staff was so wonderful to work with. After a bumpy start to the stay, Christina helped to really turn it around for us! She was so friendly and patient and worked with us to get the best solution to our problem. Thank you Christina for making our vacation awesome again! Also, the large balconies on the 9th floor are amazing!!!

Bed is quite comfy, the room is spacious. The fridge took awhile to cool but ended up being fine. There really was a lot of space for the price, which I was glad. The bathroom was pretty small, however.
